Blanc in shorts in the icy cold, harvested world records and always stands for new challenges. Scientists can't really explain it, but the 52-year-old Dutchman is able to withstand, and even thrive, in temperatures that could be fatal to the average person..!
Hof holds eighteen world records including a world record for longest ice bath.He broke his previous world record by staying for 1 hour, 13 minutes and 48 seconds immersed in ice at Guinness World Records 2008.
