According to The Old Farmer's Almanac, December full moon is called the " Full Cold Moon". This event happens every year when the cold winter establish its grip and the nights become long and dark. This year this event will happen on Friday December 28, 2012 and the timings will be 7:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m. This full Moon is also called the Long Nights Moon by some Native American tribes.
