The Geminid Meteor shower of December 13 & 14, 2012 | Infoatinternet


 The Geminid Meteor Shower will be at peak between dusk on the 13th December 2012, and dawn on the 14th December 2012. They will be visible from All Around the Globe at all Time Zones! It is also know as Winter Fireworks! This is one of the best Meteor Showers of the year and never seems to disappoint viewers and observers! This Meteor Shower is named as Geminid because it appears to radiate from the constellation Gemini. They are slow moving and bright yellowish in color.

In this Year 2012 the new moon falls on 13th December, So it's guaranteeing Dark Nights for this Year's Geminid Meteor Shower. It's a good news for a viewers and lovers of Earh and Sky. Find an open sky and  If Possible, a sky sheltered from artificial lightening!
