  4. The creator of this "problem" is fucking with people. It must be assumed that 116 exists in this problem. But, it doesn't. Therefore, the answer is 69. You are too smart for your own good.

  5. 69 is viable logic wise as well. First digit is sequential (1,2,3,4,5,6) + SUM of all numbers.
