As we know that we have to Follow the order of operations and we can solve this by using D.M.A.S Rule.
So by following this rule
First we will solve multiplication given in the given question. So (3 x 3 = 9)
Equation becomes 3 + 9 - 3 + 3
Then we will solve the rest of equation from left to right
so 12 - 3 + 3 = 12

Conjunction of the Moon and Jupiter will be seen on the night of 21 January, 2013. As the night progresses the Moon will draw noticeably closer to Jupiter. The pair is already very close together at sunset. The time of their closest approach on the evening of January 21st depends on your location; it's around 7 p.m. in the Pacific time zone, 8:30 p.m. Mountain, 10 p.m. Central, and 11:30 p.m. Eastern time. The pair will be closest as they set around early morning. on the 22nd January 2013.

Pontsticill or Taf Fechan Reservoir in South Wales was built in 1927. Pontsticill Reservoir or Taf Fechan Reservoir is a large reservoir on the Taf Fechan lying slightly in the county of Powys and slightly within the county borough of Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales.  The 110-foot high support has been holding back 3.4 billion gallons of water for supply to industry and population to the South.  It covers 253 acres (100+ hectares) and contains wild brown trout.

The recently discovered object…is due to fly within 1.2 million miles (1.9 million km) from the center of the sun on November 28, 2013…
As the comet approaches, heat from the sun will vaporize ices in its body, creating what could be a spectacular tail that is visible in Earth's night sky without telescopes or even binoculars from about October 2013 through January 2014.
"once-in-a-lifetime light show" if it appears in the sky in 2013, astronomer David Whitehouse wrote in The Independent.
